Wellness Week 2025 brought our Asia teams together in a vibrant celebration of wellbeing. Over 70% of our team members (more than 400) participated in five engaging sessions throughout the week, exploring different dimensions of wellness: physical, emotional, social, and mental. To add to the excitement, a Step Challenge and four localized Workvivo contests sparked some friendly competition and team spirit. The response was incredibly positive, with team members appreciating the experience and expressing a strong interest in seeing more such initiatives in the future. It was a truly energizing week, one that deepened connections and reinforced our shared commitment to living well, both at work and beyond. We’re excited to share the highlights with you! Here’s the wrap-up video capturing all the fun, energy, and impact we created during Wellness Week 2025. Tune in and see how we came together to make wellbeing a true priority! ?

Apparel Sourcing Week (ASW) continues to be more than just an event; it’s where sourcing heads, buying office leaders, and global retail experts gather to rethink, realign, and reimagine sourcing. The platform connects manufacturers and retailers/brands, opening doors to meaningful dialogue and growth. ? Today, one of our leaders, Mridul Dasgupta, General Manager - Apparel, joined a panel discussion on ‘Adapting to Change and Meeting Retailers’ Expectations.’
At Apparel Sourcing Week 2025, the panel discussion “Adapting to Change and Meeting Retailer’s Expectations” brought together sourcing heads, buying office leaders, and global retail experts to explore how the apparel supply chain is transforming — and what manufacturers must do to keep up. As sourcing priorities shift, geopolitical risks rise, and sustainability becomes a mandate, the role of liaison offices and buying partners is evolving from transactional to strategic. ????????’?? ???????? ?????? ???????????????????????? ???????? ??????????: ???????????? ?????????????? ?????? ?????? ???????????? ?????????????????? Once focused purely on order execution, today’s liaison offices are acting as strategic change agents — navigating sourcing risks, supplier development, sustainability roadmaps, and material innovation on behalf of global brands. ?????????? ???????????? ???????????? ?????????? ???????????????? With new FTAs, tariff adjustments, and reshoring debates shaping global trade, buying teams are actively reevaluating sourcing hubs. India’s edge lies in flexible capacities, quick design integration, and smaller MOQs — but these must be leveraged with agility. ???????????????????????????? ???? ?????????????? ?????? ?????????? Sourcing decisions now weigh environmental credentials as heavily as pricing and timelines. From traceable fibres to low-impact dyes, next-gen materials are moving from pilot to priority — and traceability from factory floor to fibre is non-negotiable. ???????????????????? ???????? ???? ?????????????????? Chemical safety, product testing, and regulatory compliance are moving upstream in the sourcing cycle. Global buyers expect early, transparent collaboration on certifications, material disclosures, and audit readiness — not last-minute firefighting. ??????????-?????????? ?????????????????? ???????????? ?????????? ?????????? Global sourcing leaders increasingly view third-party labs and certification bodies as partners, not gatekeepers. Manufacturers that embrace testing and assurance early signal seriousness — and earn trust in risk-averse markets. ???????? ???????????????? ?????????? ?????????? ?? ???????? 3D sampling, PLM integration, and digital product creation hold promise, but adoption remains uneven. Retailers are open to innovation — but manufacturers must invest in talent, training, and mindset change to make digital tools business-ready. ????’?? ???????? ???? ?????????????? ?????? ?????? ???????????????? The idea that buying offices are just “cost cutters” is outdated. They are now enablers of resilience, sustainability, and product excellence — and expect manufacturers to show the same future-readiness. ?? 2–3 July 2025 ??
